Thru her work with the Martha Stewart Living & Weddings magazines; to books; TV productions; Craftsy.com; teaching corporate chefs in their own kitchens; and aspiring cake artists, in her own small studio, it is safe to say, Wendy has instructed & inspired tens-of-thousands in the art of cake & cookie decoration.

Wendy has travelled extensively, both domestically and internationally, teaching, sharing & inspiring others with her knowledge of cake design & construction; gum paste, fondant, buttercream & meringue techniques. In our Sandusky OH studio, class sizes are kept small (approximately 6 students per class).

Wendy also teaches private classes. Private classes start at $1000 per day (8 hours) + the cost of materials. If booking a 2nd, consecutive day of class, the 2nd day of instruction runs $800 + the cost of materials. Any additional students in the private class runs $250 each/per day + the cost of materials.
